Mentoring - NDIS

The mentoring programs Tanya offers at Pleasant Sense Farm are available for self-managed or plan-managed participants who have Core or Capacity Building in their NDIS plan. Tanya works with clients to achieve their specific goals and outcomes.

These programs are aimed at supporting people with a disability so they can access community participation activities such as those experienced at Pleasant Sense Farm.

For NDIS clients we offer an experience session where Tanya will show the client around and experience a little of what the mentoring sessions offer. This is also an opportunity to discuss our different programs and activities and to see if the individual mentoring sessions are the best fit to achieve the clients NDIS goals.
