Feedback and Complaints

We at Pleasant Sense Therapy and Pleasant Sense Mentoring & Support are always striving to provide a high level of service, and we are open to any feedback or suggestions about how we can improve the way we work and maximise outcomes for families.

There may be times when you believe you have not had the quality of service that you desire or need. You have a right to provide us with feedback and you have a right to complain. You also have a right to compliment and let us know what we’re doing right!

Our process for providing feedback or complaints is defined below:

  • Step 1: Speak to the team member involved
You may approach the team member against whom the complaint is in relation to and talk about the issue with them. This can be done during a session or you can phone them outside of the session. If you prefer, you can put your issue or complaint in writing or via email. It is important that the team member listens and responds to you and takes notes of the issue. If the team member believes this is a serious issue, then the issue must be raised with the Director immediately. A third party may be present at the request of either the complainant or the team member.
  • Step 2: Approach the Complaints Manager/Director
If there is discomfort in being able to take step 1 or if step one does not solve the issue to the satisfaction of the complainant or yourself, then you may ask to speak to the Complaints Manager/Director and seek to resolve the issue.
Adrian Harry can be contacted on 0439 181 409 or adrianharryOT@gmail.com
  • Step 3: Approach a third party
If you or the complainant still feels the issue is not resolved, then the complainant or the Director may approach either an independent mediator, the team member’s professional association, the team member’s registration board or other relevant association for assistance in resolving this matter.
